International Shipping

Lumivance.top is proud to offer international shipping to selected regions. Currently, we ship to the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).

  • International Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • Estimated International Delivery Time: 7-20 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Kozluolu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing an international order.

Important Notes

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Kozluolu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
