Thank you for shopping at Lumivance. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and in a resalable condition.

Conditions for Returns

  • Your item must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Items must be free of damage, odors, or any signs of wear that would prevent them from being resold.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at +15661832315. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization from Kozluolu.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable and paid by us) may be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Kozluolu, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we approve your return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
